What I Ate On Wednesday
Actually, this is What I (Mostly) Ate on Wednesday.
Yesterday morning started with a hot and humid 4 mile run.
A post-run smoothie bowl was essential.
Lunch time consisted of the best yogurt bowl in the history of the universe!
Greek yogurt + raw oatmeal + banana + peach + blueberries + almonds
Oh, hell yes!
Since Mark was out of town for work, I made my favorite dinner.
Roasted sweet ‘tater
Plus, another smoothie bowl for dessert. This one had a special ingredient though.
Avocado + carrots + spinach + banana + frozen peaches, pineapple, mango + almond milk.
I swear it tasted amazing! I love how the fruit totally masks the flavor of the veggies to make it a sweet treat.
Several other snacks, including a Bumble Bar, cheese/hummus/cracker plate, and almonds galore were consumed, but undocumented. I’m such a slacker.
