A post-run smoothie bowl was essential.

Lunch time consisted of the best yogurt bowl in the history of the universe!

Greek yogurt + raw oatmeal + banana + peach + blueberries + almonds

Since Mark was out of town for work, I made my favorite dinner.

Plus, another smoothie bowl for dessert. This one had a special ingredient though.

Avocado + carrots + spinach + banana + frozen peaches, pineapple, mango + almond milk.

I swear it tasted amazing! I love how the fruit totally masks the flavor of the veggies to make it a sweet treat.
Several other snacks, including a Bumble Bar, cheese/hummus/cracker plate, and almonds galore were consumed, but undocumented. I’m such a slacker.
What is your best smoothie recipe? Or favorite ingredient to add? Suggestions!

Very colorful eats, I like it! My favorite ingredient will always be mango.
I love avocado in smoothies, but I also really dig sweet potato smoothies. It tastes like pie and the texture is amazing.
